On  April 20th 2023 The FRLA held the inaugural ROSE Awards "Recognition Of Service Excellence at Hawks Cay Resort & Spa. The event was attended by over 300 service employees of Monroe County. Three Half Shell Raw Bar's employees were nominated...And Won !!!! Sandy Cottrell won "Beyond The Call Off Duty" Award for her 35 years of service at the Half Shell. Michelle Meier won "Best Bartender Restaurant" and Joe Meier won " Service Excellence "
